I just love Auntie Ellyn's Mandel bread! She has so many different varieties; each one I eat is better than the one before! I just can't wait to try the new ones that she keeps making!

I was fortunate enough to receive the mandle bread of the month from Auntie Ellyn's and so I got to try four different varieties. My favorite is chocolate-chip, but that could change when I get to try the next four flavors. Can't wait!!

Scott gave me the honor of having some of your mandel bread. I have to say that these are not only excellent, these are PERFECT.

This is the mandel bread that my mother can only "dream" of making (hers are good, don't get me wrong, but she has yet to nail down that perfect level of consistency where the mandel bread doesn't melt in your mouth but at the same time doesn't risk cracking your teeth).

I think that your competition has a lot to be worried about.
