How to properly conduct a residential investigation Understanding real evidence vs. misidentification The truth about paranormal equipment and its limitations Interviewing witnesses and evaluating claims Environmental factors often mistaken for paranormal activity Ethics, safety, and professionalism in the field Building a proper case file and documenting evidence
